TIME: |
Field Events will start at 4:30 p.m. except PV at 4:10. The open mile is at 4:30, the 4 x 1600 will begin at 4:45 and the relay running races will commence at 5:15 or at the conclusion of the 4 x 1600. |

SCRATCHES: |
All coaches are to report to the hospitality room to pick up packets, make change and scratches. Please do this by 3:45- if you are not able to complete scratches before 3:45, please do so at the field event. Coaches meeting at 4:00. |
ADULT WORKERS: |
Each program is to bring one adult field worker. We will try to honor you requests. Please send request to Coach Gummerson no later than 4.4.16 |
LOCKER ROOM: |
Please bring your athletes ready to participate. No locker room facilities will be available. |
FACILITIES: |
The track is an eight-lane 400m all weather track. Do not place any tape on the track or runways. Please keep athletes off the infield unless the athlete is reporting to the starting area. Camps may be set up outside the track fence. No spikes on the bleachers. |
SPIKES: |
Athletes may wear 1/8” pyramid spikes. Flats may also be worn. |
WEIGH-INS: |
No Weigh-Ins |
LIMITATIONS: |
Each athlete is limited to four events and each school is limited to four in each of the relays. |
STARTING HEIGHTS: |
Starting heights will be determined based on meet entries. |
SCORING: |
10-8-6-4-2-1 Relays and Individuals |
AWARDS: |
Plaques will be awarded to top 4 teams. Medals – 1st place Ribbons- 2nd-6th |
CONCESSIONS: |
The Plainfield North Athletic Boosters will provide a concessions. |
ENTRIES: |
All entries must arrive by 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 6th to www.directathletics.com. We will have FAT timing. |
HOSPITALITY ROOM: |
A hospitality room will be provided for all coaches and workers. |

An adult will be supervising. Athletes come and jump when they can- event will close at 11:00.
More information will be provided at the meet with exact procedures for the long jump, triple jump, and high jump. |

Open mile for any athlete not competing. Times will be read off, times will not be recorded- we are just trying to give all athletes a chance to compete. |

4:45 p.m. |
4 x 1600- 4 athletes each run a 1600 and then hand the baton off to teammate.
