History at State

The goal of the XC season is to run your best when it matters the most. Brooke Rochacz has been able to do just that on multiple occasions. Last year her PR was at Sectionals. This year, her best race was the State Finals, her 2^nd best race was IHSA Sectionals.

Brooke became the 7^th girls in PHS history to qualify for the State Finals. The goal was to run with passion, pride, and tradition and she did just that. Getting out aggressive at the mile and battling through the finish.

Brooke finished with a PR time of 18:28, which is the 2^nd fastest 3 mile time in PHS history, and the fastest time any PHS athlete has ever run at Detweiller Park.
